"All staff were very friendly and welcoming"

Easy booking system online, only issue was arriving at Tiverton hospital and when I went to the front desk I mentioned I had an appointment but without disclosing what for the staff wasn’t sure where I needed to go. I didn’t feel comfortable right away saying what it was for as there was a few people around me but the member of staff on reception realised and very quietly asked if it was for a sexual health which I appreciated how discreet they were due to others being around. It would have been easier and more comfortable if the booking mentioned where to go directly to save any embarrassment having to openly ask the reception staff where to go for this appointment in front of others. But I do appreciate how the member of staff at reception dealt with the situation. From the clinic reception, all staff were very friendly and welcoming and didn’t feel uncomfortable at all
