About: Community Services - North Devon / Urgent Community Response (UCR)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Dad has been coping well, but has suddenly stopped managing.

After speaking to his doctor, Shelley from UCR came out. She was great. She took time to really understand his issues and needs.

She referred him on to different teams, signposted what we needed to do next and even returned with some equipment he needed. Great. Thanks.
