"The care was excellent"

Gynaecology appointment-

Sent for an annual check up and always feel anxious surrounding this type of examination as very personal previous experience in other hospitals not so good.

This time at the RAH I was  pleasantly surprised I was made to feel so relaxed and  comfortable. Was greeted by Nicola, who was a very pleasant lady, put me at ease, reassuring me right away

The nurse (Jen) and doctor (do not remember her name sorry ) who performed the procedure were so professional put me at ease straight away and made conversation during the procedure, explaining the process which made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

I was reassured as the procedure was not rushed but they took time talking me through it giving care and attention. I would not hesitate to attend for future appointments as the care was excellent and I hope this reassures others. Thank you.
