About: Outpatients Centre / Dermatology

(as a service user),

I had an operation and was really pleased with it and the staff made me feel relaxed.

Patient transport got me to the appointment 1.5/2 hours before the appointment but staff managed to get me seen earlier, and patient transport then turned up early to take me home. 

David carried out the operation and Vicky supported. I had no problems whatsoever.

thank you for leaving such positive feedback about your experience - I'm so glad they were able to fit you in early - that's sometimes an issue with patients who come in transport and often outwith our control.
