(as the patient),

I underwent an excision of a small lump on my leg. The team that carried out the procedure were calm, very organised, totally thorough and very professional but also very human and approachable. This helped me to feel calm and very positive throughout the whole procedure and how my case was being handled. 

They undertook the procedure as a team, each team member had a very clear role, which was easy to engage with and made me feel reassured. Thank you Dr.Hood, Fiona, Charlotte and Philippa
