I have had a few visits to hospitals over the years and I’d like to let you know about my visit to PRI.
I was in PRI for 2 days for knee surgery. On my visit to ward 7 Orthopaedic I can say the service from all of the staff from Reception to Porters were exceptional. They exchanged names and what their duties were, I can also say that everyone always had a smile and something nice to make you smile when entering the ward. This made my stay very pleasant.
My visit to theatre was well done. Everything was well explained to me right through to the theatre door, and when in the recovery ward there was a nurse who stayed with you the whole time. She explained the next part of your treatment before going back to the ward where I had a light lunch and a drink.
In the evening when my tea arrived. I was very pleased, the food I’d ordered earlier was hot and very tasty. The other patients in my 4 bed ward were also praising the food that they had received.
We hear a lot about people’s hospital visits that are not so good but I have to say my visit to PRI was exceptional, and I’d like to thank everyone who was there.
