(as a service user),

Had an appointment with Dr Petros, Orthopaedic Surgeon. What an excellent review of my knee and a very professional surgeon. He was very nice, made great eye contact, explained all my results and answered all my questions. No rushing and very well mannered. 

Our NHS is amazing and I thank him and all staff.
