About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Respiratory medicine

(as a service user),

I was in hospital at Forth Valley Royal in Larbert recently with a major chest problem. I was seen by Alison (Respiratory Nurse Specialist). If I wanted to I could download the My In Healthcare app to use and upload my symptoms on a daily basis, which I have been doing since being discharged. In my opinion this is a great system as the nurses see on a daily basis how you are feeling. I have several calls from the nurses and my meds have been adjusted twice without having to visit the hospital or wait months for an appointment. Great system with great staff. Hope it continues long into the future. Many thanks for your help when I needed it most and going forward with My In Healthcare app.

Thank you so much for taking the time to feedback your experience of the In-health App. I am so pleased that you have found it helpful in managing your condition and that you have found the reassurance and support from the nursing staff beneficial.

This is a new initiative for the service and it's fantastic to hear that it is providing the support we hoped it would for our patients.
