"Rude and abrupt"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Eden Ward

(as a relative),

A staff member was very rude and abrupt. Has had something negative to say each time a member of the family is visiting. 

Myself and my mother were heading out of the Eden ward as another family member arrived. Other staff had known we were there and let the other family member through anyway. 

We were on the way out of the curtain and the staff member still felt the need to approach us and accuse my mum of being the rude one for just telling them we were leaving anyway.

They also approached my Grandad to say he you looked agitated, which is obvious considering his wife is in hospital.

I was saddened to read that a member of staff was rude and abrupt towards you as you and your mother were leaving the ward, accusing your mother of being rude and approaching you Grandad to say he looked agitated.
