(as a service user),

Grantham, Surgical Ward 1 delivered the most amazing care.

A big SHOUT OUT to Shelly - I have never received such amazing personal care from admission to discharge as I did with Shelly. Shelly really needs to be recognised for going above and beyond in all aspects of nursing, from explaining the process to pain management to discharge. 

If this ward could be replicated for its culture, team spirit and medical care, the NHS would be the best service worldwide!!

Wow they are amazing comments and Shelley will be so thrilled to have them – I will put them on our group and share with the entire team. I am so pleased, as matron, to read comments such as yours as it really boosts morale and assures me that we are getting it right so thank you from me for putting it on Care Opinion for all to see.

Plus I may be biased, but I have to agree our ward is amazing
