"Every time I call they are not helpful"

The receptionists at Shepherds Spring Medical centre in Andover are very rude and unhelpful.

Every time I call they are not helpful, speak to us as if they are being disturbed.. It's always difficult nearly impossible to go through to a GP for an appointment or an emergency appointment. They often hang up on me

The most recent (today) I called in crying with severe pain due to urine infection after giving birth a week ago. The receptionist refused to transfer me or my case to the GP. I explained I can't drive as I had a caesarian a week ago, my husband doesn't have a driving license to bring a urine sample in. They told me they can't help and they hang up.
