(as a service user),

I had an appointment booked for my implant removal and replacement and was extremely nervous about it. The extremely lovely ladies, Nicola and Katie, helped me through the process and made me feel so comfortable and well cared for I really couldn’t thank them enough!. They are amazing nurses.
