(as a service user),

I had a knee operation last week and basically all my experience has been brilliant.

Any experience I have ever had has been very good, they very efficient and what I like about them they are very good a giving patients information. They are very clear and give good advice and you leave with a lot of information after a procedure and an appointment.

The fact that it is smaller hospital makes it efficient, I think that bigger hospitals are too big run efficiently.

I am recovering now and my experience is brilliant- I couldn’t fault them.
