I felt I needed to come on and leave a review as our daughter spent a full week this time in Thornton Gardens and I have to say she had a really great time and coped very well with being in for 7 days.
She was able to phone us every evening after tea (food is delicious she says) to tell us about her day and I have to say she was always very positive and happy talking to us about her busy day.
Her days seem to be filled with lots of activities whether in Thornton Gardens (playing games/doing puzzles/ arts and craft) or out and about shopping or going for coffee which she loves. She also really really loves her pamper sessions and getting her hair done in the beauty suite.
Thornton Gardens work hard with our daughter on tasks helping her become an independent woman (as she says).
At home she talks very positively about all the staff and that she loves Thornton Gardens which leaves us as parents very content that she is in good hands and she cannot wait for her next visit.
As parents we are very grateful to have the opportunity to send our daughter to such a great place leaving the family unit very happy and content. It certainly is a great peace of mind for us as parents. Thank you Thornton Gardens.
