Spent about 13 hours under the care of the A&E team whilst visiting London from Liverpool on a work trip.
The department and staff across two shifts were outstanding. Investigations were thorough and my pain was brilliantly managed before being referred to another Trust for further treatment.
The quality of care literally blew me away. Thanks so much to all of you. All the best.
