Dear Care Opinion and Bideford Hospital Staff,

I attended a scheduled appointment at the Outpatients department of Bideford Hospital in preparation for elective surgery. I am fully aware of the extreme pressures faced by the NHS and the Nursing staff.

I wish to commend both the Hospital and the Staff for their attentive initial processing, their diligence, inspirational professionalism, their commitment and skilful approach during the appointment coupled with the individual empathy towards me as a patient. I would also like to positively comment on the immaculate cleanliness of all the rooms which I was processed through.
