My daughter has been on your waiting list for an ADHD assessment for some time. She was diagnosed with ASD previously.

Why is she on a waiting list when she’s known to you?  

We need help as her behaviour is becoming increasingly impossible to manage and she’s putting herself in dangerous situations.  She goes out and we don’t know where she is (although we’ve seen her hanging around bad areas of the city centre), who she’s with or what she’s doing.  

We know she is participating in risk taking behaviours and putting herself in situations that aren’t safe. We need information where she’s at. It’s becoming increasingly difficult to control and support her. She’s impulsive and extremely vulnerable.
