"I was made to feel at ease from the moment I entered"

I had an operation on my knee at Cannock hospital on Holly Bank ward.

I cannot fault the care the nurses doctors and consultants provided. I was made to feel at ease from the moment I entered, being young and not have surgery before was daunting, but the care these nurses etc give is expectational from start to finish.

I would like to give a special shout-out to Jane who helped me just before my theatre time and staying with me until I had fallen asleep, you made me feel less anxious.

Along with the gentlemen who woke me up in recovery, I didn’t quite catch his name but he was so so nice, and all the nurses on the ward who cared and checked in on me, also thank you for the compliments on my outfit haha! Hope you all got yourself one!
