My son was seen several months ago for an assessment appointment by Leila and then today for his first appointment by Emma.
Leila provided some excellent resources / worksheets for us to do while my son remained on their waiting list. These were excellent and so appropriate to his needs - to the extent that when he was seen today, he has improved to the point where we are able to continue working on these techniques at home.
Even though my son improved with such a small amount of face to face input from the service, I can not stress how big of a positive input the help and guidance we received has made to his confidence and speech. He now speaks in front of others and answers questions in class.
Both Leila and Emma were fantastic in their approaches and methods of engagement with my son. I cant thank them enough.
