(as the patient),

I attended the Ulster Hospital Neurovascular Hub for an initial outpatient appointment and wish to express my deep gratitude to Dr Abdelnour and the nursing staff for the first class care and attention I received.

Dr Abdelnour was thoughtful and patient, taking time to interpret and explain MRI scan results for me, advising what my treatment would involve going forward. He listened carefully, addressing my questions and concerns and put me at ease throughout our meeting. The nursing staff were similarly informative, friendly and reassuring. Thanks again to all concerned.
