"Wonder support received from Condition Management"

I commenced with SHSCT Condition Manager Programme in November 2023. A few months prior, I became acutely unwell and was on long term sick leave. I wanted to get better and return to work.

Initially, I commenced the group programme. The facilitator Loretta was wonder. The programme allowed us to reflect on our health and behaviours both personally and in the workplace. All the topics taught me something new. However, the most impactful topics were on assertiveness and saying no. I also was given a tip about my bedtime routine, which was game-changing, and I have since shared it widely. Loretta really knows her stuff!

Loretta was also my key worker. My individual sessions were invaluable, and I looked forward to each session. The sessions provided the opportunity to explore the situation further and together develop a toolkit/ plan to keep me well. This has equipped, motivated and empowered me and to get the support I need to remain well. I am now feeling more like myself and my self esteem and confidence has grown. I also resumed work in early January.
