About: Bromley Healthcare / Bladder and bowel management (continence)

(as a service user),

I had a face to face appointment with the lovely Sam, who looked at the bowel & bladder charts & questionnaire I had to complete, prior to my appointment.

She asked me lots of questions, listened carefully to my answers & made notes.

I provided a urine sample & then had an ultrasound of my bladder, along with an internal examination.

Sam was friendly, professional & caring at all times. Her questioning was clear & easy to understand. She carefully explained what would happen next and what to do now.

I was very happy with the care given.
