(as a service user),

I have been using the service for the last 6 years. Recently I have been collecting prescriptions from the service directly. Walking in here was the best thing I could have ever done. It really changed my life. Today I had an appointment so I needed to collect my prescription earlier and I rang reception and the lady was able to pass on the message to the key worker who I see and as a result was able to collect it earlier, very helpful.
