(as a service user),

I arrived a little apprehensive entering into a house full of people I had never met, but the welcome from the care team and other detoxes put me at ease straight away.

I had been wanting to go through the steps as my drinking had come to a point where my body was in complete dependence on the booze and destroying itself.

The team have been great in their support, not only monitoring medication blood pressures etc but also in mood and mindfulness, along with games for lifting spirits.

Chef has made me gain weight by producing some great tasting dinners.
