"Struggles with leaving the house"

About: Fife Community Services / Community Mental Health General practices in Fife

(as the patient),

The last three years I've been in my home barely moving from my room. I have sought help recently and the medication I take for Borderline personality disorder has been upped, which has helped massively with my thoughts and I'm thinking a lot clearer but I've caused physical problems with lack of mobility over the years, which affects my legs and hip.

I'm still struggling in getting myself out the house. I hope having something to focus on will help me do just that. I just want to get back to myself. I used to be very out going and social. My family is suffering from my lack of motivation and struggles with socialising even with them.
