"They put me at ease at a traumatic time"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Fracture Liaison Clinic Outpatients / Fracture Clinic

(as the patient),

After breaking my leg in 3 places I received the best care at Forth Valley hospital from the receptionists to the last nurse.

Every single person that was involved with my care were lovely, caring, professional but not only that they put me at ease in the very emotional and traumatic time.

Magi and Shindy were so helpful in the plaster room. They took the time to help me with all the questions I had. Magi even went to the trouble of moisturising and massaging my leg after the plaster was removed.

Thank you.

Dear virgoqj86

Thank you for taking the time to leave your Care Opinion.

I am sorry to hear that you have sustained a broken leg and have had to attend the hospital. I am very happy to hear that your encounters with all staff you have met have be positive. We do try to deliver person centred and professional care and I am very lucky to a team that carry this out.

It will be my pleasure to feedback your kind comments to the staff involved and would like to wish you a speedy recovery.

Kind regards

Kevin McCloskey
