(as the patient),

Had a very informative and pleasant travel risk assessment with a nurse today. She was very professional and friendly. Excellent experience. It's the admin and delays from the booking service lets the overall experience down. Communication was poor and caused unnecessary stress that the vaccine was so close to our trip date despite giving the requested 3-month notice on the request. However, the nurse and the centre reception staff were excellent.
