"Transferred from a ward to a treatment room"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Acute Receiving Unit (Units 1-5)

(as a service user),

I have been decanted out a single room and bed in a ward, was told there was a bed available on another ward.

Turns out that wasn't true. The ward does not have a bed and I’m receiving clinical treatment in a waiting room.

I should not have been transferred until a bed was available. Totally undignified care.
