"Phoning to find out about blood test results"

(as the patient),

I phoned the reception. I feel quite happy when this man, I believe his name is Stefan, picks up the phone who is always very polite and friendly.

He seems to know how to communicate with people who phone for appointments or for results and has an understanding of people's mental health as he seems to be very helpful over the phone. Emel was also one of the very polite ones too.

However, there have been several occasions where others pick up and are quite rude and not understanding of the situation at all.
