Had an appointment at lochgelly sex clinic at 12:50 but as my daughter didn’t sleep at night and we slept most of the morning and missed the appointment they arranged it to 5pm and I am so glad it was on the same day, the lady I met was soo lovely aswell and helped me with everything that needed and was so easy talking to her

Dear violetmb54, thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Sexual Health clinic at Lochgelly. I am pleased to hear that my colleague was able to offer you an alternative time on the same day as your missed appointment. We do understand the barriers that people may face in attending at an allocated time and we try our best to be flexible wherever possible. I am also delighted to hear that my colleague was able to help with all of your needs and that you found her to be friendly and easy to talk to. I will be sure to share your feedback with my colleague at Lochgelly as well as with the rest of our team.
