"Kindness from all staff"

I recently had a MVA due to a missed miscarriage and had to attend IRH-gynaecology day unit for the procedure. All staff me and my husband came across were so unbelievably nice. To the receptionist, to Dr Platten who performed the procedure. She took the time to ease my anxiety, explain the procedure and during the procedure checked on me to ensure I was okay. The staff nurse me and my husband met during this left a lasting impression on us as she made us feel very at ease and was so nice and is a credit to her job. She continued to reassure us during and after the procedure, made me a cup of tea with some biscuits after and took time to have a chat with us to get to know me and my husband. She is a credit to the profession and wish that all nurses were like her.
