"Trauma Team"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Accident and emergency North Devon District Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I had a fall downstairs which left me with broken ribs and broken scabula, I was taken to hospital by ambulance where I had tests, bloods and scans.  Everything they did was explained to me so I knew what and why things were happening and they told me all about the medication and why I needed it.  Communication was excellent.  The care I received was excellent and I am very happy with the service and care.
