About: Lincoln County Hospital / Ambulatory care

(as the patient),

I attended clinic 11. No water to take pills, no hearing loop system.

Staff not trained in a.i.s rules, the area was dirty, and ignorance of disabled rights.

I am sorry that you felt there was no hearing loop in the department at the time of your appointment, but please be assured that the hearing loop was in the department for your appointment as I sent it there myself.

I will ensure that the hearing loop is based at the reception desk for future appointments.
