Back to Stobhill today for my third colonoscopy there over recent years.  I met seven staff before, during and after the procedure and, at each stage, the connections were chatty, informal, unrushed and relaxing, but totally professional throughout. 

I don't believe that any private patient could get better treatment and attention than I received today and on previous appointments.  I was given a clear, detailed review of the results of the procedure with encouragement throughout the morning to ask questions.  If you have been referred for an endoscopy, you will obviously be concerned about both the procedure and potential outcomes but, as a three-times "veteran", I believe that you are in good hands at Stobhill - I received 5-star communication and treatment. 

We are fortunate that the NHS can recruit, train and develop health professionals like the amazing team at Stobhill.  I'm almost looking forward to going back!

I am very grateful that you took time to give the team at Stobhill such wonderful feedback regarding your treatment not just for this occasion but the two previous occasions. The team are excellent at care delivery and very much appreciate the comments from yourself.
