"The level of service is second to none"

I would like to thank the heart failure specialist nurse for her ongoing care of my mother. She has been so attentive and responsive; always talks to my mum and ensures she understands rather than to me; actions what she says she is going to do; and follows up with mum to make sure changes in prescriptions have happened. The level of service is second to none. It has meant my mum is confident that she is being looked after and is able to manage her condition and live independently. I can’t thank the team enough!
