About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / X-Ray

(as a service user),

In January I received an injections procedure in my neck. 

I would just like to say Dr Elliott and all the team were absolutely brilliant. 

From pre op to op then resuscitation. 

To all concerned you were brilliant  making me feel at ease. All were friendly and professional. I can honestly say all are a credit to the NHS an institution we must never lose.

A big thank you to all.

Thank you for taking the time to share your story with us. I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you on here.

I am so pleased to read about your positive experience here at RCHT. It is great that all the members of staff you encounters were brilliant, friendly and professional during every part of your procedure. I am pleased that they made you feel at ease as well.

I am writing to you as a member of the Patient Experience team, but I will ensure your kind words are forwarded on to the x ray team with a special mention to Dr Elliott through our Learning From Excellence scheme.
