About: Adult Mental Health Services - Community (County) / Rushcliffe Local Mental Health Team (LMHT)

(as a service user),

I had a terrible year with severe anxiety and depression which caused me to be admitted to hospital ten times in the year, I lost three stone in weight, couldn't eat or sleep, was unable to work etc. Through the use of many services I have managed to pull myself around and achieve great things and am going back to work soon. I have particularly found  Raheem to offer some great advice and support throughout the last few months in order to prepare me for work.
