I fell dislocated my wrist/arm and broke several bones in my hand.
I attended the A&E department late afternoon in mid January.
The service and attention I can only say was second to none, A&E and x-ray.
From arriving to leaving I could not fault any aspect of my treatment on this day. I then returned a few days later for surgery and again the very best of care. If I can mention a few names that I remember:
Nurses A&E, Chris, Tony, Orla there were others but sorry cannot rem their names. Anaesthetists, Chris & Kumar and surgeon Theo, all very caring and considerate.
After surgery I spent a few hours in ward 21 again everyone was very attentive, with the exception of a delay when being discharged (nurse Adele was most apologetic for this) I could not fault my care and felt it only right to offer praise as I only ever seem to hear criticism of our NHS.
