Just want to acknowledge the excellent, patient centred and efficient care we received for my little boy in RHC during the early hours, when he had croup.
From the HCSW who was sitting at the entrance to the triage nurse and junior doctor, our sincere thanks for seeing us so quickly and managing my little boy effectively in a lovely, patient & kind manner.
It was most appreciated and you’re all a credit to our NHS!
