"Four winds let down by new management "

Four Winds Consensus introduced into their establishment new management approximately 18 months ago.

Since this change, there has been a 'revolving door,' ethos of staff leaving this employment and low staff retainment. As a result they are very understaffed.

Unfortunately, due to this long-term situation, the clients are not taken out on what used to be their usual outings. Instead, they are stuck indoors, bored watching TV or being told to go to their room.

I have first hand experience of seeing clients that used to look happy and were indeed thriving under Fourwinds previous manager, now looking quite depressed in themselves.
