About: Coatbridge Locality Support Service / Community mental health team outreach

(as a service user),

Despite numerous attempts by myself and my gp to receive updates on where and when my mental health care will resume Cumbernauld Community Health Team continue to block my treatment. Support from CPN requested by Consultant Psychiatrist and my GP.

This has been going on from October last year leaving me feeling totally worthless and mentally exhausted. Instead of providing care, the way I've been treated here has only heightened my destructive ideation/intent, to a point where I'm now in crisis with nowhere to turn.
