About: Omagh Primary Care Complex / Endoscopy Unit

(as a service user),

I was treated awfully kindly by the staff. However the only drawback was that I had to wait 1 3/4 hours to be taken for my procedure, and I felt sorry for my husband who was waiting on me for so long. 

I would like to thank the staff for their care and help, everyone was so kind and nice.

Thank you for your kind words regarding the staff & the care you received. I am sorry to hear you felt you had a long wait time to be taken for your procedure, although it generally states on any endoscopy appointment letter to allow up to 3 hours for your appointment/procedure. I will pass on your feedback to the rest of the team & we will endeavor to enhance our service delivery.
