About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Palliative care

(as the patient),

There were a few members of staff on the ward who I found to have an abusive manner, were constantly late with medications mainly pain relief, and were generally not giving proper care. 

Observations were not done on time and my dietary requirements were not met. 

I would most definitely not recommend the care from these staff members, I hope nobody else has to go through what I did but all other staff were fantastic.
