I recently attended the Botox Clinic in the Thorndale Unit. The nurses were so lovely and made me feel at ease. The procedure was explained clearly and was told that they could stop if I needed them to. The Nurses made sure I was as comfortable as I could be and talked away about anything and everything. The last time I had this procedure it was in the day surgery unit which was a very anxiety provoking experience so it was nice to be in a more relaxed environment. :)
