"We were cared for with compassion"

About: Perth Royal Infirmary / Clinical Investigations Unit

(as a carer),

I attended the CIU with my mother today, we were welcomed and introduced to Hazel the support worker. She explained everything to an extremely high standard; it was easy to understand and informative.

We were cared for with compassion and would like to thank the staff for going that extra mile to look after us during our short visit to the unit.

My mother felt her care was well managed and Kraig, the junior Dr, was professional and pleasant.

Thanks to all the team that helped. The only hitch in the system was the difficulty in sourcing the consultant.

Dear K482

Thank you for taking the time to post your positive feedback following your visit to CIU in PRI today.

I am delighted that you and your mother felt that the care and treatment was well managed and delivered with compassion, and that you were welcomed, and the information from Hazel was easy to understand and informative, and delivered with compassion.

Please be assured that I will share your feedback with Hazel, Kraig and the wider CIU team.

Thank you once again for taking the time to post your feedback.

We wish your mother a speedy recovery.

With best wishes

Lesley Kram
