"Bad service"

I visited this department on 15.1.24 with my mother who was brought in by paramedics after having a fall down her stairs. I cannot fault the paramedics at all, they were so caring and helpful and made us both feel at ease.

However, one member of staff in particular made me feel really uncomfortable with her attitude towards staff/family members. She did not look at me whenever I spoke to her about issues with my mother occuring/asking for updates on results, after speaking with her, there was no rush in resolving my queries or helping my mother panicking. Just her demeanour in general was not very nice to tolerate. Almost like she was looking down her nose at people and not treat as an individual, more of a "part of the job" service.
