(as a relative),

Hospital at home is a great service especially for the elderly/disabled. We had never heard about the service until my mum was offered it recently.

The staff were excellent in everyway possible and had a very caring approach. They were very thorough and made sure mum got everything she needed.

Thank you for your feedback.

Hospital at home is indeed an excellent service for the older and frail patient. It prevents admissions to hospital but is also able to deliver the care required at home.

Each patient will receive a full head to toe comprehensive assessment on admission by a Dr and a plan of care put in place.

The nursing staff will attend on a regular basis and keep patients and families up to date on ongoing treatment.

I will pass on your feedback to all the staff.
