About: New Stobhill Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

(as the patient),

Attended Stobhill minor injures, regarding an accident relating to sore ribs..

I found the care professional who dealt with me to be arrogant and very judgemental and uncaring for someone who works within a medical setting. I am completely aware they are limited to what they can do for broken ribs. However, I was showing clear signs of being in a lot of pain and having to sit in agony for another night till a GP service opened up again. They let me go, on a Sunday, when services are restricted on what I had access to and told me to buy painkillers (when I had already told them I had been taking shop bought painkillers and they were not helping).
