Got seen as soon as I arrived. No hanging around or waiting for ages. The only downside was trying to find the right area as it had been moved since my last visit. Had to ask about six people before I found it.

Hi sambanw74, my name is Amanda, I am the Service Manager for Diabetic Eye Screening. Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us your experience at your eye screening appointment. We welcome all feedback in the hope we can improve our Service.

I am glad to hear you were seen promptly when you eventually found us. We have tried to make the location on our appointment letters as detailed as possible without over-complicating things. We have also tried to locate our signage appropriately throughout the Hospital to direct patients to our clinic but I do agree navigating your way around the Hospital can be tricky.

As someone who has had to follow our directions, if you have any ideas how we can make this clearer for others I would be happy to take these onboard.

This is the third time we have moved in 2 years but with any luck we will be in the same location the next time you attend and will be easier to find in future.
