Unfortunately, is unacceptable in a post- op recovery unit to be absolutely freezing. Even with 2 blankets on, the child in recovery was shivering.

We have recently been experiencing some issues with our heating and ventilation in the Childrens Theatre unit.

This has meant that sometimes the temperature has been very cold.

We have working closely with the Estates team to correct this as quickly as possible day to day, and apologise for any discomfort this may have caused to our patients
